Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a fabulous location, surrounded by restaurants and just minutes away from Oxford Street. The rooms are very hot, even without heating, and offer a full bath-and-shower bathroom. The service is outstanding, with excellent communication even before check-in, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The dining experience is terrible, with only sweet yogurt available, but the location makes up for it being so close to different spots in London.
I stayed at the hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The rooms were a good size, located on the second floor, but they felt a bit stuffy at times. The higher rate was a bit off-putting as it wasn't clear why it was necessary to pay more initially.
The hotel had a great location, close to Baker Street Tube Station and various attractions. The rooms were below standard with poor fittings and maintenance issues, but the welcoming service made up for it. The dining experience was inconsistent with some good options but also some disappointments.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to major attractions in London, but the rooms were quite small and hot, and some facilities were lacking like a proper restaurant for dinner and limited TV channels in the room. Breakfast had some good options, but the dining experience fell short in quality. The service was friendly and helpful, which was a plus.
The hotel offered clean rooms and helpful staff but lacked space for luggage. While it was on the pricier side, the cleanliness and service made it worthwhile.
The hotel had a quaint English charm that is unique and not typically found in larger chain hotels. The room, although on the smaller side, was clean and provided just enough for a comfortable stay. The service, while having its ups and downs, ultimately left me feeling warmly welcomed and supported. The location was ideal, offering easy access to various London attractions and tranquil spots for relaxation. The dining experience, although not exceptional, served its purpose well. Overall, a cozy and convenient choice with a few drawbacks.
